3. If the item was shipped using the DHL shipping method and returned to Jordan, due to an incorrect address, rejected items, or Customs issue, we will not refund the payment because DHL destroys the parcels and don’t return them to us   
4. If the buyer changed his mind and wants to cancel the order after we ship we will refund 75% and after the item returned is to us. ( shipping item back fees are the buyer responsibly ) .

• We don’t refund in the following cases 

1. If the item was lost during shipping because of an incorrect address.
2. If the item was lost during shipping because of incorrect information such as name or Phone Number.
3. If the item is lost because of unpaid taxes, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid customs fees or unpaid taxes.
4. If the buyer returned the item due to ( not as described ) and we find it as described
